Can you mount access points in ceilings or walls?
Yes. We install access points in drop-ceiling tiles, hard ceilings, walls and other mounting surfaces following the manufacturer guidelines and your site survey design. For installations that require electrical work or conduit runs, your site's facilities or electrical contractor would need to be involved.
Can you coordinate with our Aruba, Meraki, Cisco or Ubiquiti wireless team?
Yes. We work directly with your remote wireless engineers during the installation, confirming each AP powers on correctly, reporting MAC addresses and serial numbers, and confirming the device appears online in your wireless controller or cloud management platform.
Do you perform wireless site surveys?
Pre-installation physical site documentation — photos of mounting locations, ceiling types, cable paths and nearby obstructions — can be included as part of the dispatch. Radio frequency (RF) surveys with specialized wireless measurement tools are not currently offered as a primary service.
What happens if an access point is dead on arrival or fails during the installation?
We document the issue immediately, capture the serial number and MAC address, and report back to your team. We can assist with coordinating onsite for the replacement RMA visit once your vendor or distributor processes the replacement.
