Can your engineer perform console cable access on our Cisco or Fortinet equipment?
Yes. Our engineers can connect console cables and serial adapters to network equipment from vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Aruba, Meraki and others. Your remote team provides the commands and instructions; our onsite resource relays the console output and performs the physical steps as directed.
What structured cabling work can you perform?
We patch structured cabling to network equipment, label ports and cables, trace existing cabling back to patch panels, document cable paths and perform general cable management in wiring closets and server rooms. We do not run new conduit or pull horizontal cable runs as a primary service.
Can you coordinate with our ISP or carrier during an onsite visit?
Yes. Coordinating with ISPs, carriers, and vendor TAC teams onsite is a standard part of our network infrastructure field services. We provide a technical presence during circuit provisioning, troubleshooting or equipment visits so your remote team has informed eyes on the ground.
Can you perform firmware upgrades on our network equipment?
Firmware upgrades are a remote team responsibility and are not performed independently by our onsite resource. Our engineer can provide physical console access and relay output so your remote team can perform the upgrade procedure safely, confirming interface status and connectivity at each step.
